Creating a Cult (the good kind)
I read a great article from the founder of Powerset in which he gives solid advice to founders on how to create great teams.
To me, the short of it is to create a great team, you’ve got to empower them. Not placate them or give them the illusion of power, but actually give it to them—especially when hiring a new member.
